Sweet potatoes bring more than flavor to the table. 🍠They’re rich in beta-carotene, a nutrient our bodies convert into vitamin A, and they also provide fiber, potassium, and vitamin C.Roasted, mashed, baked, or added to your favorite family recipe, plant-based nutrition doesn’t have to mean leaving culture or comfort behind.Fam, how do sweet potatoes show up on your plate?#FollowTheCarrot #PlantBasedLiving #FoodAsMedicine #BlackVegSociety
The Power of the Pivot: Surviving Small Business Disaster & Rebuilding from Scratch#LIVEWhat do you do when the business you poured years of sweat equity into goes up in flames overnight?
